Chris Richardson, AIA, NCARB, MArch, MBA

Chris has focused the majority of his career on healthcare planning, design and management. Since earning a Bachelor of Arts at Iowa State University in 1974 and a Master of Architecture and MBA from the University of Illinois in 1979, he has worked with healthcare clients across the country in master planning and implementing over $1.5 billion of healthcare projects. In addition to leading major projects and coordinating professional services for all of FreemanWhite’s studios, Chris has spoken to national and local groups on project teambuilding and healthcare issues related to the design and construction industry.
