We are seeking a Strategic Facility Planner within our Consulting Division to help lead Master Planning services for our healthcare clients by understanding the strategic, functional, and operational requirements of various departments and helping to establish the appropriate facility responses to support operations. Recommendations may include renovation and new construction projects or implementation of process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate must be able to lead and manage strategic and facility master planning services for large healthcare clients and work as a team member in the development of service line specific projects. Partnering with clients to integrate strategic planning with clinical, operational, facility and technology solutions is essential. The ideal candidate must also be able to analyze data and create service line or departmental specific utilization projections based on market indicators, use rates, and technology and regulatory impacts.

Candidates must possess an MHA, MBA or MPH and a minimum of 5 years experience in healthcare administration. Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a grasp of interdepartmental relationships among hospital departments are required. Strong communication, written skills, computer skills (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook, etc.), and excellent organizational skills is a must. Candidates must have proven experience speaking and presenting to large groups, including governance boards and community focused groups. An understanding of the relationship between service line and departmental operations and facility design is essential. Candidates must also have the desire and ability to work well in a team environment and manage internal teams to meet the client's needs, financial budget, and time lines. 50% travel is required, including domestic and international travel. Candidates must be willing to relocate to our Charlotte, NC headquarters.
